I have a request for the community: PLEASE MAKE A GOOD NEW GAME! I am now the moderator of two of the three currently running games, and I don't like The Hegemony. Someone please come up with a good, preferably original idea and stick with it! Make yourself an architect rather than an admirer! Don't be intimidated, it's not that hard. Go with proven, classic themes and then add your own twist. Don't just make it epic, make it amusing and enjoyable. I know you guys pretty well by now, and I know you can do this! It may be tiresome sometimes, but just remember: as a mod, you can do anything that you want, and good games make the players happy and give them a feeling of accomplishment. Give it your best shot, you've got nothing to lose!

I have just discovered that through my intense negotiations, I completely overlooked the fact that I wasn't banned from the entire forum, just from Hegemony. So it turns out I can still mod Dungeoneering after all.

 

I would like to train a back up mod who does not play the game, but I haven't decided who to choose yet. They will know the entire story that I have planned out so far, so they cannot be a player in the game. Tell me if you're interested.

For those that haven't been with us recently, there's basically an apocalypse going on. You can choose to start in Ikana to defend the city from hordes of invaders, or go along to Mather's home of Atlantis to try to stomp out the root of the problem. The actions of a person in one area will effect the people in the other area.

I would join, but I might be sleeping over a friends house tonight (If Ross reads this, I'm going to dl the map tool there, if he doesn't let me I probably wont stay) But his PC is SO EFFIN SLOW, seriously, it takes 5 minutes to load a page of tip.it

I'm inordinately lucky when it comes to not dying, so I shouldn't do too horribly.

 

ICU and Grim, just so you know, the giant earth spirit encased in mud who's smashing skeletons is on our side. I think. I summoned it, though, so there's no real certainty as to what it might do, though I did promise to build it a shrine when we finish this campaign.
