The Hegemony (12th Feb = 2018, Part 2)

Good idea. Civilian damages will be measured too...If they get too high then the IC(International Community) will call for votes against the war.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

9000 Brazilian Rapid Response Forces paradrop into Ulan Bator, or the surrounding area, and promise the government protection, and help secure the city. They are a special ops division from the hypermodernized branch of the military, the best we have. They will be in position in roughly 1 hour real time.

Mongolia is basically following China's lead so, unless I say otherwise, Paul controls the Mongolian government, and Ico controls the provisional government...Please try to be realistic, they are not going to do something completely outlandish, like deploy nuclear weapons or something.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Fine, let's change that a bit, since the troops are still en route. They will deploy 5 miles ish east of the capital, or wherever an open area is, an deploy a mobile base for themselves, and then intervene if the civilians are treated badly, or if needed at all.

Can't people just leave something that doesn't concern them alone?

I was okay with China, cause I understand why they wouldn't want Mongolia being taken, but Brazil? Seriously? How does this effect you?

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Because it's a war.

That you so far, have no reason to take part in.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

Brazil is even farther, yet they're still involved. :P

The only difference between a disagreement between friends, an argument between strangers, and a feud between enemies is the ability to reconcile.

Updated map, I think.

And Icu, I'm not directly engaging either of you.

Ok...

The attacks into Uzbekistan by Turkish forces has been met with much resistance, but the resistance has been overcome in most areas by sheer manpower alone.

Some 26,400 Turkish Troops were killed in the assult, along with some, 96 Tanks, 120 F-16s and 1 SB Bomber.

The Government of Uzbekistan has managed to hold the thin strip of land in the East, preventing Turkish Occupation of the Capital city, at the cost of some 12,000 Troops, as well as an emboldened gurrilla war campaign now being fought inside the occupied territories, leading to the destruction of another five F-16s on the ground, and some 37 Tanks.

Australia sends in a single squad of night wolves for recon in Mongolia, and readies Dawn Guards for action if any reports are heard from the wolves concerning mistreatment of civilians and/or war crimes.

(Need to get involved. Helping civilians in times of war is good PR.)

Can you PM me some details Ross?

With all these troops it will be a wonder if none of them are accidently killed...

Anyway a nation in the UN has tabled a proposition that Peacekeepers are sent in and Russia and China withdraw.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Vetoed. Hehe that's satisfying. Long story short, the UN is now useless, as everyone can stop anything basically. A better proposition would be that Mongolia is split.

I'm really fine with either. I just put troops in because one: PR, two, in case things get out of hand and a real war starts.

I vote everyone effs off and leaves Russia and China to fight... I mean, I only get involved with things that involve me directly, otherwise, I give my opinion.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

For some reason on that map I've lost Algeria and Libya, Doom. :P

'Tis I, 'tis Vindice, 'tis I!

Icu, this isn't really a vote.

I'm always on the lookout for good PR.

Also, Australian military will be undergoing further reforms, with each squad being called a chapter, and honours will be bestowed upon the chapter as well as the individual soldier, if needed. The different types will still maintain their class names (Dawn guard, night wolf, strike hawk etc.). Each chapter will have more members in it than the current squads.

I'm okay with people helping the civilians, but not obstructing war.

It's a REALLY big shaft.
