They don't take it monthly, they take it every 30 days from the previous billing (Usually it is a couple of days before your membership ends, so sometimes you may have 34 days of membership.) Take a few of the extra days you get from jan or march and add it on. You're losing out on 3 days. That's like 58 cents.
