( retech, there will be minion gates in the cave. you cant take those units becuase they were alredy turned into minions) (17) upon finding the cave, you see that a hunting party has gone out in search of food. you could follow this group (of 20) or go to the cave, as the hunting parties here take long times to finish. the cave looks deep, and you would be wise to make your choice quickly, there is no time to be lost

Ares summons all 20 minions and sets them to work mining in a new room past the infirmary.

 

The poison bugs will now act as guards. Ares practises fire magic some more.

Jen and her minion party follow the hunting party, reasoning that if they took care of the party, the cave would be much easier.

(18) Ross: your minions are extremley lucky, and find a small seam f gems, which they mine, gaining you 10. you invent a new move using fire magic, costly but effectie for large groups, as it causes a pillar of fire to appear on top of your foes. +.5 fire magiks. you are attacked by inquisitive humans, searching for a mine, and the poison bugs kill them, gaining you 5 life force orbs.

( retech, you do have a max horde limit. you can use the gates to replenish your horde size though, just not increase it past maximum.) (16) you find the hunting party engaged in a fierce struggle between wolves ( 10 wolves to 20 hunters) you have a choice of either using magic to hurt them, r wait till the fight is over, and kill those who are left

Jen attempts to communicate with the wolves, asking them if they would serve her if she helped them against the hunters. If they agree, then her 5 minions get on the backs of five of the wolves and ride them like horses, charging valiantly at the hunters. Meanwhile, Jen attempts to freeze the hunter's arms so that the wolves have an easy time at them.

(12) Retech: the wolves agree, but you only freeze 5 of the hunters arms. still, you kill 10 of them in your attack. Bob" now master! get in there and bash a few heads but good!"

Jen tells the wolves to stop, and appears to the hunters, hopefully still frightening. She demands that the hunters serve her, or she will kill them. She shows that the wolves are on her side, and that she has a big hammer.

 

If the hunters serve her, then they drag the dead hunters back into her lair, and set out for the cave.

(13) Mather:the gnomes suceed, but the minions plant the wierwood somewhat shodilly. it will take longer than normal for the wierwood to grow (10 mins)

(14) Retech: the wolves stop, and the hunters agree to join you. you gain 10 minions and 10 more servants. plus the wolves, 10 mounts for your minions. you head back to the cave.

I'm confused, I thought I could only have five minions?

 

Jen, the hunters, and the minions with wolves head down the cave.

(10 minions becuase of 10 life force orbs) (12) you see a sentry just in time, and bash his head in. you find soem gold off of him.

The hunters are commanded to go in first, to pretend that nothing is wrong. Then the minions pounce from behind to KILL KILL KILL!

Ned tells the gnomes to carefully dig small pasages inside the walls and floors, but make sure they are only open from one spot and don't end up having small openings into the rooms nearby.

 

As well he orders some of his minnions to find the closest hot spring,

(9) Retech:the hunters part works well, but a minion makes a noise setting off the others. thankfully, you and your minions charge in, clobbering most of the guards.

(12) Mather: your gnomes do this with only one slip up, and this was into the main throne room.

Her minions and the hunters are ordered to clobber the rest of the guards, before looting the area.

Ned orders some of his minnions to patch the hole carefully with something waterproof.

(15) Retech: your minions and hunters do so, but before thy get the last one, he hits you over the head, dealing minor damage

Jen swings her hammer at the last guard, and commands her minions to kill it. Then they lootie all the stuff and return to her lair.

(15) Mather: the m,inions find some rubble and use mortar to seal it in place. you magically enhance it, causing it to be waterproff to everything except enchanted water. +.2 nature magiks.

( ah ah ah, you arent far enough in to find the hive. about 5 more rooms.) (10) you kill the guard. but dont find much except for weapons for yor minions.

When are the minnions searching for a hot spring coming back.

 

Also now the weirwood should be grown so Ned carefully carves a face into the bark, staying there to make sure the blood-red sap dries perfectly, especially in the eyes.
