March 25, 201016 yr 99/99 = 10/10. You see more people with 99 strength, not the skillcape, because a good handful of people don't wear the cape that much (F2P, other 99s).

March 29, 201016 yr Author Thanks everyone, my bank took another dive, but i got 70 prayer finally. so now my goals are, in this order: claws, void back, and fury (will be getting the tokkul :D ) then im going to take a break get 60+ skills, then 99 def and hp (refuse to call it constitution...) then im skilling. 70+ stats before i start on 99 attack, max melee and im amazed as well that i only got one bad reply...honestly was expecting way worse. <3:
