(Resources have not calculated the cost of equipment, which I'm not exactly sure what it is. Is it one Uranium and one Metal for one equipment?)

 

I'm not sure if you need to buy a new colonization module for each colony you are placing, but if you do need it, then I'll put calculate that in. Also, are the training figures for each squad?

Please tell me how long you think those researches should take, Dungeonal.

 

Cloaking I hope to make into a ship module giving invisibillity to other players as well as a +3 defence and +2 attack bonus when on.

Stealth module will remove defence stat and replace it with stealth, Mather, otherwise they would be overpowered, to the point where everyones fleet would be invisible and nothing would ever happen. However, if your ship is stealthed then there is a chance the opponent won't be able to retaliate against your attack. So you get a free hit, if you see what I mean.

 

Yes, Retech, 1 equipment = 1 metal + 1 uranium.

Yes, one training module per platoon.

Yes, one module per colonization of Asteroids.

I was colonizing the two planets in my system with asteroids. Is that what you meant? I'll go and factor that in now. When does a "week" start?

 

 

 

 

 

I am also quite open to trades of resources, as I don't plan to be fighting much this game, except to defend my two colonies and myself. I can also sell ships, if you commission them with an offering of different kinds of resources or technologies.

I just thought of giving the stats to existing ones instead of adding another, but having one's whole fleet cloaked is usefull for nothing but surprice attacks, being only bad when used for your defence, seeing how the opponent might launch an attack directly on the planet.

 

Remove shield effects instead? Since there's no way cloaking weakens the hull.

 

And the attack stat was supposed to simulate the exact thing you added as an effect.

For basic techs in this first few days of the game, 4 years per tech is an easy number to go by.

Retech, what do you mean "week"?

 

Thing is Mather, what's the point of calling them stealth modules if all they do is increase your firepower and defence? And what's the downside? Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious.

They were also supposed to not be "seen" by players before battle. Downside would be no energy shields at the same time, whenever they were made. Not that I disagreed with your propousal, I only said why I sugguested those stats.

I am going to offer everyone the possibility of 20,000 free Metal ore, and 10,000 free Uranium each year, if you allow my colonists to establish a small base on your planets. They will be completely unarmed (no soldiers and no battleships for long), and will only take up the space equal to a colony center.

Updated the first post to have an up to date map.

 

Please publically state the techs you are researching, or at the very least PM them to me, and ask me what the exact/rough benefits of each tech will be. No "but I researched this and I decided it increased my harvest rate by 500%!".

 

People do not have to state their true intentions when building a colony. Or stuff like that, use your common sense. Be deceiving.

You could have armed guards guarding the thing I want to build if you want. You could even scan them for explosive materials, or patrol space. Doesn't matter to me.

Okay then... I will research hydroponics (if allowed) as well as basic ion weapondry. Out of the 875,000 of each mineral resource I have I am constructing 25 missile defense towers and four medical centers finally four manufacturing centers and research centers are created.

Absolutely. Expect a 25,000 increase to the replenishment rate of organics.

 

As it stands, this is generally the rule for starting technologies;

 

4 years research time

Increase of 25,000 to the replenishment rate of said resource

1 research point added increase replenishment rate by 1k.

I tried zerg rushing already last game, so I decided to go peaceful economic this time. I have to change the offer slightly though, due to the discovery that most people do not have asteroids around their planets.

 

 

I'm offering 40% (which was the original percentage) of all resources gained from my enterprise, as payment for allowing the enterprise on your land.
