And nulear revolution kind of sucks. It can be defeated instantly. It would make a lot more sense to put your trillion into nuclear revolution, meaning you're essentially guaranteed to get that. The system is flawed since Mather, Retech, Grim and Icu can all build wonders pretty efficiently. Other countries will get most of their budget eaten by it, leaving them out of the race or at a severe disadvantage. Now, since the wonders are so powerful, this puts the already developed countries at an even bigger advantage, leaving smaller countries which wont be able to effectively build wonders unable to catch up, even with this infrastructure system.
