He put most, if not all money into military and then conquer fested his area, making him super powerful. That wouldn't happen in real life, it just works with this games rules. Yup, it is.But he was the best throughout the game I think (i'm sure Dusty agree's) because he's basically just getting really powerful, when this hegemony ends (probably another year/two) I'd love to see who wins the game, its not going to be Ross or Dungeon or Trol but it could be Rocco, Icu, Mather or Dusty IMO.Yeh - the worst bit is updating the figures :(, I hate numbers.
