I've only found one test that was truly accurate, it had a long and very precise answer, being around 99% correct. Just google colour personality test and it's the first.

It is classed under a military wonder... That is all I am going to say about it for now (archi can tell you more but I won't)

EDIT: Oh and it does not in any way make the brain redundant.

Bonus: Allows robotic drones to be deployed, slightly worse than humans, but cost 100,000 to deploy...On the plus side human casualties are nil.

They're only nil cause they technically don't die...

 

EMP, or maybe a disruptor field, robots are really bad.
