All annexations are canceled.

50% funds from annexation are now going into reforming the Brazilian army, navy, and airforce. All the planes and tanks, boats, etc. will be modernized. All the previous vehicles from the disbanded army are going to be recycled into new weapons. The Brazilian department of defense is starting a contest for a new standard assault rifle, and carbine. The winning company will get a contract to produce.

A similar contract contest is starting for DM/sniper rifles.

We are also putting a large chunk of money into making the police force into one to be reckoned with, and to remove corruption. Crime is expected to fall dramatically with a police force that actually is effective.

Since most drugs are legalized, crime has already been on the down.

Another 600 billion is going into infrastructure, giving us around a 40% boost by the next 10 years.
