Why are the costs for all my operations so gigantic?

Country A gains double whatever percentage they sent to the country, divided by 100, in infrastructure.

Country B gains 20% of the money sent directly to it's IAG.

 

Country A must have an IAG at least double that off Country B...

That's ludicrously over-powered, and I fail to see how it helps smaller nations develop, since the larger nation gets an insane infrastructure increase, and hence they get more money...thus outstripping the smaller nation even further.

 

The rule that says you cannot increase IAG to over half your own...

But your IAG goes up, and then you can increase it more?

 

Honestly, I just say scrap the aid system thing, as it was only put in to appease Ross, and he's fine with wonders now.
