May 9, 201016 yr Author Yeah, Ice storm always was broken. It used to be much more powerful, dealing an extra 1d6 of each crushing and cold damage per caster level. At level 20, you ended up with like 45d6 damage, which was plain abusrd.

Icu, you get to roll your classes hit dice and add the result to your HP, and then you assign new skill points. Both the hit dice and the skill point gain are on your class page. (Remember that skill cap is your level+3 for class skills, half that for any other skills.)
