Seraphi Posted May 9, 2010 Author Share Posted May 9, 2010 Yeah, Ice storm always was broken. It used to be much more powerful, dealing an extra 1d6 of each crushing and cold damage per caster level. Icu, you get to roll your classes hit dice and add the result to your HP, and then you assign new skill points. Both the hit dice and the skill point gain are on your class page.
