1. Super sets on EVERY task? Even something like warped torts?

2. I've got Black demons and steels blocked, what else could I block? When should i take steels off?

3. How much exp/hour should I be averaging paying some sort of attention?

Drops: Black Mask.

Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff.

1. Absolutely.

2. Block tasks you hate doing. This is a game - even if black demons are among the best xp tasks, if you hate them just cancel/block em. Bad tasks xp-wise are:

Kalphites - definitely block these - bad xp, charms, drops, crowded, and eats cannonballs

Mithril Dragons - I'd not block these, they're a quick task so it's some quick points to cancel a long, slow task

Iron Dragons - I'd keep these blocked until you get extremes or turmoil, unless you enjoy them

Steel Dragons - same as above

Desert Strykewyrms - the focus sight is still worth a decent amount, so maybe consider doing these

Jungle Strykewyrms - block/cancel - don't bother with them, the hex is priced low and falling

3. At least 20k, hard to say since I haven't really seen any estimates for anything but maxed stats. When I was doing high xp tasks (bloodvelds, black demons, etc.) I was getting about 39k/h.

1. Didnt you ask this in your last topic ? Yes, super set everything (att/str).

2. Block what you hate. I unblocked steels after i got superantifires, but alot of players leave them blocked even then.

Some tasks get better when you use kuradals dungeon.

3. I thought you were into fun, not efficiency ?

Blade: thanks for the input. As always.

To the above, I meant to use super sets on tasks with extremely low defence/hp (like warped torts, where they seem to die like flies and super sets seem to be a waste.)

I was asking for what tasks are generally annoying, moreso. I can live with long tasks I enjoy like lrc, but annoying ones? Hell no.

Also, the exp estimate was just to see how much exp I'd get a day.

Nothing goes without a fully justified explanation nowdays.

Drops: Black Mask.

1. Yes, for sure. It is ALWAYS worth it to bring super sets to every task.

2. As others said, just block what you hate. Steels are not too good without super antifire and ZS though

3.when I was 98, I was averaging about 30k/hour due to more experience. At lower levels (80ish) it was about 20k or so. Mind you, this is using cannon.

Perhaps just super strs or combat pots on the tasks with lower defence?

I've yet to encounter tasks that I don't enjoy apart from black demons and steels. I'll keep a look out.

I recently brought the ability to make broads, what else should I spend points on? Got slayer helm and broads, plus my 2 cancelled tasks.

Why should I cancel tasks? Waste of points?

Drops: Black Mask.

Cancel tasks you don't enjoy, are slow xp or that you don't have the supplies to do (for instance if antifires aren't buying at max and you get a big metal dragons task.

You can't say to use super sets on every task, there are always exceptions. For instance I got a 60 scarabites task a couple of days ago and to do it, I did the level 41 in a pyramid in a quest. I was pretty much 1 hitting them, super sets would have been overkill.

give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever

1. No, though that's a matter of what you prefer. If you're looking for the faster xp you should use them as they'll make you fight better.

2. Again a matter of what you prefer. I have neither of those blocked as the tasks aren't too bad to do in my opinion, though if you dislike doing them you may want to keep them blocked.

Basically the creatures you should block are those you would hate doing, or find hard/expensive to do.

3. That I can't really answer as I don't pay attention to xp/hr rates.

Using super sets on every task is the best way to go. The only time you would not is at Kalphites if you decide to do the level 20's for no reason.

Unblock black demons. Pray melee the entire time while wearing prossy + sw cape and you might even break even given the decent amount of rune chain / rune med drops. They're also fairly good for crimson charms.

At your level, block: Iron Drags, Steel Drags, Skeletal Wyverns, perhaps Hellhounds. If you want the most variety, just block metal drags outside of Miths and the Wyverns.

Uh-oh. That's where the trouble lies. I want to profit.

Also, I don't mind irons, they also have a chance for a visage. Not blocking them.

Although you will most likely not profit, maging iron / steel dragons with your best spell (claws of guthix) would be a lot faster than melee.

I use magic potions anyways, for the damage boost, so just cast charge every time after drinking a dose of mage potion.

I don't have super antifires or high melees to compare it when you get those, but I am almost always killing them faster than other people in kuradel's.

And I think the time saved is worth the cost.

Use Super Sets on every task. Unless it's something amazingly lame, like cave crawlers, even though I would still recommend it.

Cancel anything that you dislike doing, no matter what the reason. I don't like black and metal drags, so that's what I would block.

I get around 20K/hour, but I've heard it maxes out around 40k, although I doubt either of us could manage anything near that.

You're not going to profit at Irons either unless you get lucky with a dragon drop. Hellhounds cost money. Black Dragons when done well don't profit. Black Demons give excellent charms and experience for a slayer task. If you really don't like them, block them, but slayer isn't good money at any rate. If you really need some cash go to CT Green Drags and make some.

I bank bones though... 5.5k a pop, I use like one dose of antifire and prayer potion per kill.

I'm not looking for awesome cash, i'm looking for something i enjoy.

If one dose of antifire runs out by the time you manage one kill, then you shouldn't be killing irons.
