usefull guide for low-levelled players

it might be nessesary to chat a little bit more complexly than in the guide, lest others suspect you have an auto-miner that is programmed to say simple things. a losing few more seconds are worth not losing a few months being banned.

Your two cents are appreciated. Sure you can have a conversation, but you need to be skilled in dropping that conversation. For me I can only speak up to 51 seconds otherwise I'm losing time. You can chat it up asking "Hey (insert name here) how's that Mithril armor treating you?" or anything else that will give a short but sweet response.

Nice guide :P I havent mined essence in a long time, but at least when I eventually do I will know to bring my pouches with me because I woudlve ever thought of that.

Mining essence is alway fun!!! Well not really. My internet connection's been down so I haven't been doing much with essence mining. Yep...

I updated the Guide's pictures and added a little bit more info in the p2p section. Just giving everyone a heads up that I'm now over 20,000 Rune Essence and I think that I can get the next 6k in a couple more days!

Yep, I'm finished with Essence mining and I doubt I'll be doing it again any time soon. Now I've got to get Iron and Coal mining to get my smithing up a vast amount of levels. If you're ever in Edgeville and you go by the steel mine you'll see the man in the hat and scarf with a rune pickaxe. In case you'd like to see how long it took. Once you start using pouches, that require more clicks, wouldn`t it be more efficient to ammy teleport to edgeville after you are done mining essence, runecraft using the abyss, then tele to east ardougne and use the teleport from the wizard there? That saves you walking back to the bank and emptying/filling the pouches. Never tried it though.

Sure it's possible but most people gather large quantities of essence so that they can do solid runecrafting and not have to keep switching back and forth from task to task.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But you are also carring 1. An amulet of glory 2. a stack of runes that you have been crafting 3. A pickaxe 4. More than likely some sort of defensive equipment against PKer's near the abyss. That is limiting you slightly and also, if you've done it for hours and are still carrying the runes it'd really bite if you died with them still on you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Running from the Ardougne marketplace (where you teleport in) to that crazy wizard's house in Ardougne is a bit more of a distance than from the eastern bank in Varrock to the rune shop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But really this guide is for people simply gathering essence to either sell, or craft themselves and I do not delve into the actual crafting of it. If you feel like testing your idea time yourself and see how efficient it is and how many runes you can make and then share your results with us as soon as you can. :)

Glad to still be hearing positive things about my guide. I've come to realize that if your heart isn't into the mining it'll take longer no matter what you try to do. So be conscious and positive about your essence gathering goal and treat it as fun and not a chore.
