I know what I'm going to spend my next budget reset on, it wont all be 100% military!. I begin research on the weather, to reduce the chances of us sailing during a storm or such. My navy research is ongoing to improve cogs so they crash less and can transport more. There are talks of France of a navy school opening up so that captains of vessels now how to deal with ships properly. I'm going to try reduce the chance of freak natural accidents by as much as possible. Also @Nex I'd rather use them as a trading nation, as it would be good for the economy and they seem the best to trade with and the hardest to conquer.
