Ye Olde Hegemony

Actually a sultan is a Sikh, not a muslim.

Sultan (Arabic: سلطان‎ Sulṭān) is an Islamic title, with several historical meanings. Originally, it was an Arabic language abstract noun meaning "strength", "authority", or "rulership", derived from the masdar سلطة sulṭah, meaning "authority" or "power". Later, it came to be used as the title of certain Muslim rulers who claimed almost full sovereignty in practical terms (i.e. the lack of dependence on any higher ruler), without claiming the overall caliphate, or it was used to refer to a powerful governor of a province within the caliphate.

Or maybe I should bring back the Terran Federation's Ghost Division's battle hymn?

So glad that with technology getting smaller and more mobile, the chances of having a decent conversation, by computer, will diminish to nothing...eventually rendering it more worthwhile to talk to inanimate objects.

Though with the radiation from all of these smaller, more mobile computers, inanimate objects will probably that the damned things too.

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Maybe it'll give the incentive for people to actually go out and talk once in a while.

Okay, now to clarify the limit. It's not a completely hard limit, but it's approximately 1 soldier for every 100 in budget. (That's the cost of hiring and supply a peasant, so if we take away the hiring which is already included in your purchase, the rest can be used for supply)

I just came up with this rule today, since logically bigger budget nations should be able to support more troops. Since I set the bar at 100,000 for a starting nation, I might as well generalize that rule.

You've actually had that rule for a long time, but never enforced it or gave it a system XD.

It's a REALLY big shaft.

I didn't catch fire, I used the can of hairspray as a flamethrower and pointed it at my arm.

how are you going to ignore my posts when I'm offering to let you live as my vassal in two weeks time?

Well in the time of total war, it's more important than ever to enforce limitations! Shouldn't really affect anyone much. I'm just making sure that you can't build up an army for a hundred years and swamp everyone.

Proper map (nice try Trol):

Changes: Put Lichtenstein back on the map

Retech told me I could fill Lichtenstein in as it was never supposed to be a country

Yes, I agree to the trade route going through my country as long as I get the same bonus.

Oh Dusty, don't you remember what happened when Switzerland kept annoying everyone with their 'Independance' and 'Freedom' protests....Thats right, the UN got involved and told them to stop whatever human rights enforcement they were doing and give way to that nice friendly Terran Federation of Death.

Point being that you hack enough people off and you better hope you destroy me in the next few days of I will rally the troops and lead Europe into war.

Hey, you defeated the P-Jet Space Fleet with a team of 500 civil rights activists, 1/3 of them with rubber bullets and the other 2/3rds unarmed....I wouldn't count me out just yet.
