kingmickez25
If you really hate mining Spend the time on the horn If its bearable then dont. It really comes down to that
angel13
There's a very thin line between using and not using the penance horn, since the time spent filling the horn and the amount of experience gained is usually equal to or less than the amount of experience that you would have gained from simply training the skill. Hope that made sense. Firemaking cape 12/22/08 & Range cape 10/07/09Quest cape 12/10/09 & Agility cape 8/13/
Sinkhan
The main benefit is breaking up training time with BA. If you even moderately enjoy BA, it can be worthwhile for certain activities. Obviously something like firemaking is a waste since it's so cheap and fast as a skill, but the repetitious clicking and tedium of mining and agility can really be a drag. Agility has no easy means of training whereas mining has LRC at 77. Just some things to consider. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
xpx
I really don't understand the answers- mining achieves 65k an hour and 68k an hour for agility, which should mean mining is more so worth using the horn on? am i missing something in this? Well if you have access to LRC, then mining is a lot less attention and some people prefer that. I am now almost 87 mining a month later after having achieved 77 mining. OT: Use till 77 mining, or for agility indefinitely. BA is usually better than training those skills. Hope that made sense. The time spent is the about the same, but you only have to do half as many laps/rocks/logs than what you would have done, breaking up the monotony. I think it's worth it.
