Also, my tech advancement is just as fast as everyone elses now. You'll lose the technology malus at the same time you lost the 'nobility flight' modifier, as that period is sort of the adjustment time for Russia to get back on its feet after such a tremendous social change. I cease all hostilities to America, and Rocco can have this province I only gave up cause if my people revolt then it's just over. All remaining money goes into the colonisation of America.
