I don't have an ulterior motive for this question either. I just want to make a fleet that's larger, but I don't want to spend more than I have to. Besides, France is richer AND closer to you. :P

Well it's somewhere in there. It was when we were comparing army sizes, and then we talked about how we didn't need to. Then Dusty said that we did, but he was lazy transferring PMs.

Whut happened to my ergonomic hoe research I just checked and it isn't there :S.

 

Uhhh Britain asks for more, as this basically makes Russia immune to cold.

I can only offer 2 million for the ergonomic hoe individually, but I will pay 5 million for both Hydrogen and Ergonomic hoe. (Same price for both combined as the Puddling process)

Yes Britain, but you wouldn't be getting the money. In this case, it's like we split it 50-50 for the cost. Also, my tech advancement is just as fast as everyone elses now.

 

You'll lose the technology malus at the same time you lost the 'nobility flight' modifier, as that period is sort of the adjustment time for Russia to get back on its feet after such a tremendous social change.

 

Once it's back on its feet I'll just inundate you with tech advancements though, :P

Archi, I didn't get my advancement because of the nobility flight. Now it works the same for me as everyone else. I don't even know how you do that, so I've just said that I'm investing a set amount for this many years (I'm going by reset)
