I think he now just has all your money. Maybe some confused soldiers. In any case, me and Russia, were we to fight, are even enough that it would just lead to a near stalemate. He may have more people, with your army, but I have Napoleon as a general, as well as double morale bonus, and the ability to conscript.

 

The money is returned, because it would be mean to take it based on a misunderstanding.

It depends if this is the only event on it, and it goes away after.
