August 23, 201015 yr Here's what you can do. Take your existing army and add onto it the number of troops that you have lost (permanent casualties, not the ones that are replenished). Then subtract from that your starting army. Then subtract that total from the number of resets times your budget, while subtracting all the random event stuff.
