August 17, 201015 yr I Strung Jewelry, in which after Summer's End, you can sell Gold amulets to the Rogue to break even, meaning you only are paying for Astrals. I did that until 97 or so and have just been Fire Surging Ice Strykewyrms or other mage-able tasks since then. August 17, 201015 yr You should really look into bursting/barraging rock lobsters at waterbirth island. What's so great about those is that you're able to get 9 lobsters trapped, kill them. The loss isn't much (1gp/exp approximately for steels), and, depending on how you play, the EXP is comparable to much higher base EXP spells like Hunter Kit, String, and Alch. If you want fast EXP, go for Iron/Gold bars. With animation clipping you can easily get the same result as having a ~70-80 base exp spell Dungeoneering isn't a skill. August 17, 201015 yr You could try maging metal dragons. Fire spells hit hard on them and they give decent magic XP. It also gives some HP XP, and the chance of some decent drops/clues. Make sure to bring alching runess too, and a staff of light (as well as arcane stream necklace if you have one).

Massive mage and HP xp as well as probably the fastest rate of charm gathering in the game. Optimal startup gear is a bit pricey though, not to mention you'll spend a lot of money on runes even with battle robes + SoL. However, many will argue that you save so much time in terms of charms gathered and the high xp rates that it's well worth every GP. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement.Also check out my blug
