August 30, 201015 yr After using 400 points cancelling all kinds of stupid slayer tasks i'm out of points and now i'm stuck with 77 steel dragons, wich I really hate (like all metal dragons). What would be the best (fastest) way to kill them for me? Would that be melee, with prossy, melee prayer, super set and whip?Would that be range with broad bolts and range potion?Would that be magic (wich spell?)? (I assume Brimhaven dungeon is the best place to kill them.) Also, is it worth to bring a Tortoise for picking up bones?
August 30, 201015 yr Personally I would advise you to use Prossy and a Leaf bladed sword and melee them, although with your stats Maging and Meleeing would both be pretty similar.Meleeing would obviously be cheaper.
August 30, 201015 yr Melee is the fastest if you can use chaotic rapier/zammy spear, but unfortuanetely for you, lbs is your best bet. Maging and ranging is possible(best mage spell/slayer dart) but somewhat slower than melee. The best place to kill is kurdals dungeon, and it might be worth to bank the bones assuming you have enough fero rings, but it's still quite slow to bank without 85 agility. It's pretty easy because if you range or mage them and have anti-dragons pots + shield their attacks wont hit you. That being said, range is slower and more profitable, mage is quicker and less profitable. A tort is worth it, in fact it might even be worth it to make two trips for bones. August 30, 201015 yr A - Stop cancelling, just block the right tasks. B - Just Kuradel your steels. If steels are too slow, burthorpe it (unless you are nearing your 10th/50th task) C - To kill steels, use a leaf bladed spear
