So the cost is 1 PP for +3 LP Rapid renewal gives you 4 additional LP per 6 seconds at a cost of 2.3 prayer points So the cost is 1 PP for +1.74 LP So rapid heal consumes 58% less PP than renewal per life point Clearly it isn't worth the 107k tokens it costs.
