If I were actually Japan, I would've blankated the world with super-anthrax a while ago. How many times must I tell you. It can punch holes through a Panzer, deliver lethal voltage, and knock out electronic systems. It's better than an AP rifle by far in close combat, especially in ship corridors. Perfect boarding weapon.
