Yeah, things start getting complicated when small items have values, since then weapons need values which means, if someone dies then they equipment needs replacing...Ect, ect...Too complicated and serves no real purpose.

 

So, small items, which are not sold and such, are written off as freebies.

Landing on a planet and going 'Here, have 500 rifles!' will invoke a cost though.

 

Also, the Kirby has struck a large deposit of Uridium, around 25 kT.

The choice is extract it between sessions, which means that only 20 kT of Raw Materials is mined.

Extract it during session, which will take 3 hours.(9 hours with one laser)

Yeah, the joys of crippling pain that actually continued to get worse after the painkillers...So either they had no effect, they cause the pain(unlikely, since I have taken...6 in the last 2 years...though 6 of those 6 have been in the last week, so...) Or, more likely, it would have been even more cripplingly painful.

 

They died about an hour ago when I took more drastic action (No not drugs, just minor surgery) though there is some residual pain from the drastic action.

 

Anyway, sorry for cutting the session short:

Game finished at 00:02, Kirby started mining at 21:11...So 2 hours and 9 minutes.

2.4 * 129 = 309.6

Rounded down, 309kT.

Added to the -37 resources, current resource levels are 272kT.

The Kirby gained a Bridge and a Refinery.

 

 

In other news, a trans-lightspeed message from Earth has arrived. The message is still one and a half years out of date though.

I can handle transmittor readjustment, but i won't try the upgrades. no more medical bay fiascos for you two. I do suggest that with this new turn of events, that we DO take up the offer to escort the Historians to Earth, AND pick up some colonists of Mechos. It would be nice to have more assitence than the semi-reatrded drones and whoever gets off of blowing half the ship up or setting it on fire to help me build, upgrade, research, and repair the ships. Hell, i may make a ship for myself if i can get the recources.
