what would it be?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

mine would be

 

 

 

Tele-Bank

 

 

 

runes would be 2 laws and 10 airs

 

 

 

The prupose would be if your like pking or something you can send the item to the bank if you arent fighting, or if u get a rare drop and dont wana leave

Spell: Fury of Zamorak (or something else)

 

 

 

Effect: Lose: 30% def 30% hp, 100% prayer, for the next 30 seconds your magic spells hit twice, similar to a dd spec.

 

 

 

Cost: 50 bloods 50 souls 50 deaths

 

 

 

Experience: 3000 (similar to charge)

80 magic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a multi-combat area, causes all NPCs within a certain distance to attack the target for 30 seconds or so.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Seems like it could be very abusable in some places, but it's a cool idea.

Cooks food without a range/fire.

 

 

 

It's kind of like Superheat Item.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

thats the same runes as high alchemy

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So? That's what he put for that spell, he just said it's similar to Superheat, it doesn't matter if it doesn't have the same amount of runes, plus you use the same type of runes, and only one less fire, so you really aren't making sense with that there comment.

The Tele to bank spell wpuld be, unfair for players that pk. they wouldnt get anything for killing you if your fast enough to cast the spells to bank anything expensive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note/Un-note would be bad if it noted your whole invent. in 1 cast, could you imagine mining in very far mines rich with addy or mith ? To easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I like the cooking spell, useful for npc's that drop raw food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I would add a spell,

 

 

 

called : unvulnerable

 

 

 

1 soul 1 blood and 4 air runes

 

 

 

Effect: Makes you unvulnerable for 60 seconds (time could be reduced)

 

 

 

condition : Can not be casted if you were in a fight in the past 60 seconds.

Magic Shield.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Level: 80 Magic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cost: 5 Souls, 5 Bloods, 10 Minds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Effect: Takes away 30% of damage dealt to you, lasts for a minute. For every damage taken away, 5 Mind runes are deleted from your inventory. If you do not have enough Mind runes, the spell disperses. When the spell is in effect, the caster will be surrounded by a blue aura.

I was thinking more on the lines of noting or unnoting one item at a time. If it cost you 1 or 2 natures to do it, it wouldn't be cost effective for mining ( except for rune).

spell: tele run

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

lvl 40 mage (low lvl mage to make it fair in pking), lvl 70 agility (mabey?)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4 laws, 1 blood/death?, 1 soul and fair few random elemental runes (lots of runes to make up for the low required magic lvl)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the perfect getaway/get to victim quickly spell. Would allow person to choose a place on the minimap and teleport there, you could also use the right-click options like att, pick up item ect. Could also be used for getting past monsters u cant be bothered to fight

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

note: unlike telegrab you must have more than just line of sight, you must also be able to get there normaly eg you cant tele over a wall that goes beyond your view, or quest-locked doors

I ment that reemark if it was for the whole invent, 1 item at a time is perfectly ok. Would still have to be a high lvl past the 4 mill xp kinda high.

Close-Distance Teleport

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Level: 95 Magic

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cost: 1 Law, 1 Mind

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Effect: Allows you to teleport directly to the point you are clicking on the map. So you click the spell icon, click on the place you want to go around you (like walking), and you appear almost instantly on the spot. The animation would be like a swift purple blur when you disappear and appear.
