Fero ring is equivalent to around +30 strength bonus(and ring of life)... First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.First to 3766 Port Score on 20. March, 2014.First to 4664 Port Score on 2. The ring of wealth only increases the odds of getting an item on the Rare Drop Table, and none of these items are particularly valuable to consider swapping a zerker/fero ring with.
