I believe it's currently 10 on herbs, 5 on maples. You need a minimum of 750k in there to get the maximum out of your workers, so unless you plan on filling it daily, I'd put more in there. I usually put about 2m in there, and then check it usually weekly. That way I don't worry about it going lower than 750k.

Some people will say 10 herb and 5fish/coal, but like it was said before me, maple is the way to go. The logs themselves arent very usefull for profit, and i just put mine to fletching or firemaking. The real money comes from the nests and what they drop, mainly the seed nests. you gould get a whole bunch of guam seeds from them, but some weeks (like mine last week) could drop magic, spirit, yew, palm, and other high value seeds.

Ok, another question: How often should I check them? Does daily work?

Checking on them once a week is fine, just make sure you get your approval rating up to 100% before you do so. You can check them once a day, but I think (although don't quote me on this) you will get slightly less resources in the long run. Someone will probably correct me on that though :P

You're half right.

IIRC let's imagine that your workers mine 50.5 coal a day. If you check after 1 day, This will be rounded down to 50 coal, however if you check after 2, it'll be 101 coal.

give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever

That's exactly how it works. All numbers are truncated when collected, so longer time periods allow those decimals that would normally be ignored to become a resource you would receive. There is a difference, but it is slight.

It adds up reasonably significantly with maples since you get X.9 nests.
