I would like to know where the vault is located (IE first floor second floor, middle)

Hex, the Vaults are located in the basement.

Can I get a map of where they are? IE A red square over the original map.

Is there any limits as to what/how much equipment we can use?

As long as it can be reasonably obtained. A stealth suit and jetpack for everyone is a no.

How about penting up criminals to actually rob the bank, while everyone one is busy, we drill through (yes I know that will be quite hard to do, but if timed right, it is possible) Release gas into the vault, to disable any guards, and then run in with gas masks, take the stuff, and leave. Defumigate afterwards though, oh and obviously the tunnel will be collapsed and done in a location far off from anything related to us.

That leaves the problem of creating a large ish tunnel without being found out (if this is a city that means that mining explosives are a no-no). However somehow having criminals robbing another bank at the same time might not be a bad idea (the whole safety in numbers shtick) especially if they are the type to take hostages (as it would hopefully delay reinforcements sent to stop us until we are safely out of the area).

Dungeonal- You are given extra responsibilites, WITHOUT EXTRA PAY. Yes, you now have to work two night shifts, calling people in China.

I like this more, but the likelyhood of all of us being janitors is slim. Also, I don't think pure ammonia is strong enough to melt cement/steel/titanium/other vault materials. We'd also have to scramble the cameras so evidence isn't left everywhere.

We act as if sent by a cleaning company.

We pour ammonia into the lock, as it is strong enough to dissolve most materials except gold.

We pour any strong cleaning chemical into the cameras.

announcing the criminal act will most certainly result in failure. If the SWAT can be there in less than 20 minutes, they'll have a minimal perimeter shutting down any form of escape within 10. Police are much closer, and this also assumes that there aren't any random authority figures roaming about. If "alarm" is raised, there's no chance of escape. And i'm not talking the electrical kind. Also, if the next building over is a bank, they'll have security right there as well.

 

No bombs.

No attention grabbing, other than diversions.

Think about it, the guy with the bomb would be able to walk freely because no one is insane enough to block the path of someone threatning to bomb them, and even if they shot him, we could still bomb the place. Also if we use a hostage then there's no way to trace us, we rig the hostage, tell him what to do, send him to do it, pick him up then shoot him.

Four people are fitted with an explosive vest, a recorder fitted to there body and an earpiece.

These people are chosen at random off the street, they are tossed in a van vitted and placed in the bank and made aware that they could die.

 

They walk in with a black sack tied to there hand and a gun fixed with duct tape around there hand. They are all told what to do with the earpiece. They are told to stay a meter away from the exit.

 

"Don't move. We are hostages, we require these bags to be filled with money by [time: eight hours] if anything is done to us than the explosives vests will be detonated killing everyone inside"

"If anybody does anything that will prevent or hinder this robbery we will detonate or they will be shot"

 

Condition: Someone causes trouble

[shoot them]

 

"Every thirty minutes that the money is not given four people will die, if the money is not recieved in eight hours then the bank will be detonated"

 

[two of the hostages are told to enter the other area's of the bank to inspect, if they find anyone they have thirty seconds to comply before they are shot]

 

"Whoever is in charge has [insert time] to comply before these four people are killed"

[Four people are picked by us]

The hostages will walk up to them slowly and say "You have been chosen for death if the bank manager fails, you will stand in front of me or I will be detonated killing you and everyone else"

 

Condition: Money is not found (for whatever reason)

[The four people are excecuted]

 

[Killing continues until money is recieved]

 

Condition: No money is recieved

All that time a man in a black van waits outside the bank (theres also one man in the back with one RPG and a pistol and the van is fitted with bulletproof features and tinted windows.), he has megaphones fitted to the van constantly broadcasting that the people will be detonated if the van is touched. When the money is recieved the people are ordered to walk inside the van, if any police follow them all will be shot, if not than they will be dropped off in a nearby area in which they can find there way home. The people have there pistols removed and are tied up, the money is removed from them. any cars believed to be following are shot with an RPG.

The van is taken to a car parking lot, loads of people exit the thing in different cars. The money is transferred to different car and the hostages are killed and left in the van.

Banks operate on normal business hours so it would be closed on the weekend, no?
