Charge, Crumble, Boing hills.. :( soo many goood things made crappy by hidden updates

That update ages ago when they changed every single npc combat level. Closely followed by the one where they reset your bank and inv after you left tutorial island.

 

 

When i discovered vials auto-fill greatest thing ever!

probably the crumble thing for me, Now I use the most pathetic magic training ever

 

 

 

I buy mind runes from Ali and then go cast fire strike on lessers until they're used up.

it got me from 45 to 57 for family crest. Now I alc though. (my runecrafting makes it hard to get nats)

Broad Arrows were made untradable

When the slayer masters first came out, broad arrows were 6 gp each. Once the first people hit 55 slayer and started testing out broad arrows, they realized that broad arrows were as good as mith arrows, but a tenth as expensive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I managed to buy 5k arrows for 30k before they were updated to be 60 gp each from the slayer masters (about same amount as mith were from players).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They were stored in my bank for a while until I hit 55 slayer...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I still have about 2.5k left, and now I can never sell them :x

 

I hate the stupid updates like 'lets put random items into the game that htey can't use yet! mm, a birds egg! yeah! probisci! yeah!'

 

 

 

And also, im proper pissed off at the new champions update, because the rewards given were a tenth of what the scroll said, totally not worth it at all. Why not just leave it at the bigger rewards, 2000 xp wasnt even alot...

 

 

 

Crumble cut got me angry too, cos id just crafted up a bomb of chaos to use when *wham* they've cut the crumble xp. And the thing that annoys me the most about these things, is they try and sneak it in, they dont mention them at all. GRRRRRRR!

Didnt know about them removing the wall between oziach and edgevilla tho, musta been pretty recent cos i sewar it was there 2 months agoish.

when they changed the look of bolts! ugh i hated that so much!

Here's one you all may not have noticed: The Al Kharid guards no longer aid their brothers in attacking you if they respawned while you're fighting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Before, you could have a nice hour's worth of combat with no clicking if you were in the right spot and killed them slow enough.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For the crumble undead, I expected that to happen once the spell became an autocast spell via slayer staff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Ghost Robes, and Charon Ring (u) were nice hidden updates you had to find all the benefits of.

The guard thing has been around for awhile. (at least 8-10months) or maybe I'm just not understanding what your saying. And you're right about the robes and ring, I like those.

well i have lvl 95 ranged sooo i was pretty upset wen they nered the mage shortbow special

Jailguards was a big hit as it was probaly the best afk spot for a f2p player and top 3 p2p afk spot at that time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For me personally it was charge as I just purchased 5k bloods which for me cost me alot of money which ended up costing me a total of 2.5mil when I resold it :(

Those bush snakes and agressive tribesmen hit 11 poison attack instead of 6. I was in a state of panic when I found out I didn't have a cure poison potion.

Unfishable fishing spots. I was power fishing in Shilo and I was nearly done. So I decided to go to sleep and finish tomorrow. Then the next day I was fishing and then the spot disappears. Then I'm like what the **** happened! when I tried to fish at the unfishable spot. AKA the spot under the bridge. This cut my power fishing to like 3 more days until I got 76 fishing. Thanks alot Jagex :evil:

i don't pay too much heed to the invisible updates, as none have really affected me too badly.

When they lowered magic accuracy, then raised it again when they realised people actually found out. :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And magic short bow spec. Range wont ever be as good :(
