Rinoa437
I need to level my prayer to complete a few tasks, but I hate training prayer. I need some suggestions on how to it. I don't want to bury, altar, or use the the ectofuntus. I already know that I can use penguin points, pest control commendations, and soul wars zeal. Also, I can't use tears on prayer since it isn't my lowest skill (I have 9 skills lower). Any other help is appreciated. aspeeder
Suck it up and altar d bones? That's honestly your best option, and it'll get the training out of the way faster rather than dragging it out longer making you hate it even more. Anything other than altar/burying/ecto (And the latter 2 are terrible) give paltry pray exp at best. http://i700.photobucket.com/albums/ww6/aspeeder/Siggy_zpsewaiux2t.png 99 Strength since 6/02/10 99 Attack since 9/19/10 99 Constitution since 10/03/10 99 Defense since 3/14/11 99 Slayer since 8/30/11 99 Summoning since 9/10/11 99 Ranged since 09/18/11 99 Magic since 11/12/11 99 Prayer since 11/15/11 99 Herblore since 3/29/12 99 Firemaking since 5/15/12 99 Smithing since 10/04/12 99 Crafting since 9/16/13 99 Agility since 9/23/13 99 Dungeoneering since 1/1/14 99 Fishing since 2/4/14 99 Mining since 2/28/14 99 Farming since 6/04/14 99 Cooking since 6/11/14 99 Runecrafting since 10/10/14 9 Fletching since 11/11/14 99 Thieving since 11/14/14 99 Woodcutting since 11/20/14 99 Construction since 12/03/14 99 Divination since 2/22/15 99 Hunter since 2/23/15 99 Invention since 01/20/17 99 Archaeology since 5/14/22Quest Point Cape since 08/20/09 Maxed since 2/23/15 Fire Cape since 02/27/13 Slayer: 3 Leaf-Bladed Swords, 8 Black Masks, 2 Hexcrests, 26 Granite Mauls, 5 Focus Sights, 32 Abyssal Whips, 9 Dark Bows, 1 Whip Vine, 3 Staffs of Light, 15 Polypore Sticks Dragon: 9 Draconic Visages, 7 Shield Left Halves, 20 Dragon Boots, 40 Dragon Med Helms, 8 Dragon Platelegs, 6 Dragon Spears, 20 Dragon Daggers, 5 Dragon Plateskirts, 1 Dragon Chainbody, 63 Off-hand Dragon Throwing Axes, 19 Dragon Longswords, 27 Dragon Maces, 1 Dragon Ward Treasure Trails: Saradomin Full Helm, Ranger Boots, Rune Body (t), Saradomin Vambraces, Various God Pages Misc:1 Onyx,1 Ahrim's Hood, 1 Guthan's Chainskirt, 1 Demon Slayer Boots

AxiSyn
Back in the beginning of September I decided i wanted to level pray up for leeches/soul split to beat Nomad, and get my Quest cape back finally. My way from 71-92 took me about 6-8 weeks of herb farming, Slayer, and doing dailies like buying broad arrowheads/bolts, Geoffrey's flax, Cromperty's essence, Naff's bstaves, Seaweed and pineapples from Arhein and Del Monte. I used Grimy's spread sheets to pick which herbs to plant at a given time, (which are Ranarr, Toadflax, which is crashing atm :(, Avantoe, and Snapdragon, typically) just farm whatever you have the level for. Go to the house party world or even pm me in-game sometime and u can use my altar. You might also want to split up your grinding which frost bones and reg D bones.Everytime I'd would get 5Mil or so I would buy a set of bones, and keep 1.5mil or so for seeds and dailes or whatnot. Then I'd save up 600-1000 or so bones and offer them in sets to save time grinding later on.Other then doing something for money and leveling slowly over time, using effigies and penguin points or other bonus exp, there really aren't many other options save what you've already covered. Quest cape first Achieved 29JAN2009, Re-Achieved 15SEP2011, Cook cape Achieved 12APR2009 (Easter 2009)Strength Cape Achieved 20NOV2010Now offering assists for 97 Farming, 97 Smithing, and 97 Herblore, PM me in-game!!!Proud U.S. Navy Sailor
Nifflin
You can kill ghasts, it's pretty much the slowest payer exp in the game. Slower then burying. Pretty much do what everyone else says and alter bones. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.
gremmy
Why do you hate it so much? You set your char to start offering, and do something else... HexiledRazz
Why do you hate it so much? You set your char to start offering, and do something else... What's not to like - fast and afkable exp.. Most likely hates it because of the cost. OT: Just suck it up and grind that altar out. And remember, if you get any effigies, use the dragonkin lamps on prayer. Every dragonkin lamp you use, can save you upward to 1.5M on bones. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.
