I think a section for life-related Rants or venting would be just great. I know there's a successful thread on these forums for Things that Annoy You but this could be a section for more specific, or isolated incidences and stories rather than just general annoyances. There's probably a Suggestions Forum or something I missed, if this is in the wrong spot then please move it. So you know, thoughts, opinions, suggestions, all that good stuff... go for it. I think the problem is you feel constraint to only post in those "designated" topics but you're not required too by any means as long as you have something that can carry on a viable discussion. If it was more of a discussion/debate subforum, so many of the threads in Off-Topic could be classified as rants at the beginning or over time (innocent discussion becoming a heated, ranting debate). If it was just a place for venting quick frustrations, I feel like there would just be a lot of short individual threads. The threads mention above serve as a good home for these kinds of rants. In short, I think everything is working just fine as is :) P.S.
