March 26, 201115 yr Author the blue? if i sell it, i don't think i'll ever see one again partyhats are also a safer store of wealth, since nex items are falling in price. lastly partyhats are at a low right now, so buying a partyhat now is a better financial choice, imo. i bought a purple during the slump and have ug'd it to yellow, might put it to green but yes, very soon i will be buying pernix chaps. pernix top is a while off yet.
