Banned because the slow connection is not this one's fault. It has been acting this way since this one's parent upgraded Eset's NOD32 AntiVirus from v2.7 to v5, which apparently reroutes all connections for scanning (v5's new behavior) instead of passively scanning (v2.7's behavior) them. Sadly, it means that the connection is now operating about half as fast as it used to be. Also, even more sadly, Eset stupidly end-of-life'd v2.7 support, so downgrading back isn't possible. :wall:
