I'm sure there are more cases. In one case, the kids were playing "doctor"; in another the boy was touching her in her private parts; the other two don't go into depth about the nature of the crimes. In either case, I think stripping a younger boy with a gang of girls is far worse. What would come of the girls getting jail time (obv. not sex offender I think everyone thinks that would be too harsh) all it would do is destroy their futures and likely turn them into career criminals. Yes feminists would uproar if this was the conclusion reached for the boys but you have to accept sometime that life isn't fair and that double standards do exist and that "justice" is almost never truly fulfilled. Dont like it? Too bad, at least you aren't an African who is starving and possibly born with aids. Just because it happens to be worse in other areas of the world, it doesn't mean we don't have to attempt to make things better here. Yes, feminists will uproar, but it shouldn't matter. Look at the quote in my signature. Basically this will set precedent for future cases. Girls will feel they can get away with this kind of thing. Yes, it will happen a lot less because of differences in testosterone levels, etc, but if it does happen again, this will be one of those cases which will be looked back upon.

I agree that the parents have a strong influence on a child's actions but most parents have little to no control over the children. These parents are not irresponsible, they are just bad parents.
