July 14, 201115 yr Why have snapdragon seeds and herbs sinking so much? was a while i played now and then i bought seeds for like 80M at price 50kea and now its 17kea :o what happend? :S
July 14, 201115 yr Because although snapdragons aren't necessarily easily obtainable by bots they drive the cost of other herbs and seeds down meaning that people are unlikely to pay as much for snapdragons causing them to drop in price. Snapdragons are also the best herb to farm for profit between farming level 62 and 85 in which a large number of herb farmers lie. This means that there is an ever increasing supply of snapdragons with a fairly similar demand again causing them to fall in price. July 14, 201115 yr Bots causes supplies to drop herb prices drop cause of the garden mini game i thinkyou can't get snapdragon herbs from the minigame though. You can get ranarr though, and most people use super restore for prayer in bossing. Regular prayer pots dropped a TON from the sorceress's garden bots and others and as a result suprestores fell as well. Trolling by giving good advice since April 2011. July 14, 201115 yr Just another item plummeting thanks to the free trade/wildy update. Blame bots all you want. July 14, 201115 yr I voted against it because I had the opinion the game would be destroyed by bots and rwt... About snaps, I believe they will drop further down before stabilizing, so I sell mine after every farmrun.

No, of course most didn't see it coming, but you can't argue the direct effect. <a href=http://runetrack.com/profile.php?user=Jetset516><img src=http://runetrack.com/sigs/stat/green/3_male/353/Jetset516.png border=0></a>
July 16, 201115 yr If by direct you mean indirect, then sure. In face, pretty much everything in the game can be affected that way, you just have to drawn enough arrows.
July 16, 201115 yr Bots or not, i'm sure it's due in no small part to 30-120 snapdragons noted being added to the rare drop table.
July 17, 201115 yr Author and u think its going to get back to "normal" prices around 50k ? been working hard to get all that money to buy all those snaps, i wanted it to get a little higher price so i can sell and earn some, but it just went down, booring to play now again when i dont have any money left and will almost get anything if i sell my snaps.
July 17, 201115 yr TBH, no it will not go back in price. You have pretty decent combat stats, it shouldn't be too hard to make money.Plus farming was never an only means of making money (you only get to farm every hour and a half pretty much anyways) - just a nice supplement. You can also get your hunter up and get your farming to 85 (a good way to do this is via livid farms). Then start using jujus on torstols - you'd make a lot more then just farming snapdragons.

Freedom comes at a price, but I'm not about to let myself get bothered by bots or... *gasp* LOW PRICES!!!
