Basically, it is Nuzlocke on Pokemon Emerald, but every Pokemon that you will encounter (including starters) is completely random. I have seen a wild Groudon, Kyogre, Suicune, Deoxys, Latios, Moltres, Raikou, Mewtwo, Entei, and Mew (I couldn't catch any of them though). My team right now. It is honestly the luck of the draw though. I used 30 balls on a level 7 Deoxys that was red-barred and paralyzed, and I still didn't catch it.
