My parents maybe drink a glass of wine at holidays, or every once in a while for dinner, but not very often. I have never seen them get obviously tipsy, and only a couple times where they couldn't drive. I have responsible, boring parents I guess.I used to think that. I've seen my mom drunk drunk, like, twice? Idk. First time I saw her drunk I was like 11 and don't remember it much. Then there was a few months ago where she was drunk drunk. But in a playful way so he gets all wound up and wants to go nuts. So far I've gotten to the point where when I make the noise at least half the time he somewhat freaks out. I tried yesterday during our morning walk while he was standing on a rock and he lost it. He was on his leash so he couldn't go far so he just ran around in circles and anytime I moved he'd get even more excited. It was hilarious. As for yesterday afternoon, one of my beloved cats had to be put down due to a severe condition that developed suddenly and left it in severe pain. Pollux, which is his name, is now buried in a humble cardboard coffin, resting under the Earth instead of his favorite spots such as my lap or bed. I know I might be making a bit of a big deal out of this, but this is the first time I have had a pet truly die on me. Worse, this cat was someone I could always find with me in the morning upon waking up, on the lap in the afternoon, and resting nearby when it was night. Au revoir, Pollux. You were definitely one of the sweetest felines I have ever known. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to have any good pictures of him on hand right now to share. I really am lousy at making lengthy eulogies for a pet. Oh well, I will give my Chespin his name when X/Y comes out. He'll live on as one of my mons, eerily enough. Sorry again. :/ Sorry for offtopic:A guy at work I hadn't seen for about a week saw my new hair and concluded I looked like a skinny lesbian (its hot as hell outside and I was feeling brave, have a men's cut instead of a pixie. I don't care, it'll grow back :) ). I've never been more confused on how to react to a compliment/insult. Did he mean I was skinny, or that lesbians are overweight? Why would he think that? why would he think I look like one? Why would he even tell me this unprovoked?Ive been really worried about my weight for a few months though so it was nice to hear someone doesn't think I'm fat.
