April 25, 201412 yr I've had a lot of trouble falling asleep lately because of my schedule, which means I often lay in bed for 2-3 hours before I fall asleep. An interesting consequence of this is that by the time I fall asleep, I'm pretty dehydrated. Turns out, I get freaky lucid dreams when I'm dehydrated.
