She looks like a turtle.... And as far as fan art goes, there honestly isn't much of Flannery. Trust me. I've seen all of it (sfw & nsfw). Pheobe is kind of even less popular, but honestly most gym leaders and E4 members RSE and beyond are. Most art is of those really notable characters like Steven, Cynthia, N, Iris, Bianca, Kanto/Johto characters, and playable characters. For real though, I want to see what the magma grunts look like in the game. They are hands down the best designed bad guys to date. Although, at least for me, the face is probably the most important feature of a girl aside from having an acceptable weight.
