January 17, 200620 yr One of my friends was once nearly perm-banned unfairly for "impersonating jagex staff" from unknown causes. He had to spend half a week sending appeals to jagex to get them to let up.

Jk he didnt really say that... lol...banned for impersonating jagex staff or what? :lol: i've had some bad experiences with jagex customer support, but nothing to do with bans or mutings or blackmarks. i tend to not type much in the game. the worst part of the customer support is the serious lack of being able to contact them. you can't even send them a normal e-mail...no telephone number...they always send auto-responses...their "message center" limits your characters (even SPACES!)...just a very poorly done support center if you ask me. i realize they get a LOT of complaints and a lot of really stupid questions, but it's seriously one of the worst support systems i've ever seen...and i've been on hold with various support centers for 2+ hours (!) but i at least get a human response.

March 1, 200620 yr start over if ur not a high level (70 or below start over) my freind is level 112 and has 2 and has been muted like 5 times. One more thing and hes perm banned. Now 112 being banned = helli know a level 112 that got banned too. my neibor :lol:
