August 5, 201114 yr Using this method, how long does it take to max your favour points? [spoiler=Sig] I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.
August 5, 201114 yr Author Using this method, how long does it take to max your favour points?Quote from RSW "A curly root is an item obtained from chopping curled jade roots (83 Woodcutting required) within the Jadinko Lair and then collecting the roots, yielding 161 Woodcutting experience (80.8 for cutting and 80.8 for collecting). 4 curly roots are obtained per jade root cut. It can be used on dry patches within the lair to create a firepit with a tinderbox, or simply burnt on an existing firepit with a minimum level of 83 Firemaking. Both of these actions yield 378.7 Firemaking experience per curly root. You will also receive two points of favor each for doing this, which can be exchanged for rewards at the Offering stone. Strange rocks can be received doing this activity."
August 6, 201114 yr I wouldn't suggest cutting in the baby area, just because you could accidentally miss click on a jadinko. The higher jadinkos aren't aggressive and aren't one-clickable so you shouldn't make the mistake of accidentally attacking them. Just a slight suggestion.
August 16, 201114 yr Totally free 250k firemaking exp + 35k woodcutting exp an hour plus jadinko seeds (: What?
August 31, 201114 yr You've left out the very important information that the jadinkos attracted on the surface affect the rewards obtained at the altar. The seed drops you get depend on the seeds that are dropped by the jadinkos hanging out up top. If you attract draconic or carrion jadinkos and pay striped vines to ward off the common jadinkos, you're guaranteed to get vine herb seeds. IIRC, the full 2k favor gives you 50 seeds? I think? That's quite good. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
August 31, 201114 yr Sweet guide, interesting to know more about this. Thanks :) I'm not an efficienado.

Last time I turned in my 2k points, I got 5 spiritbags and the rest were herb seeds. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP

Equip a bow without arrows Or my personal favorite, the Fixed Device aka MEP1 bazooka. Sure you sacrifice a space in your inventory but idk I think it's worth it. ~It's Super Effective! October 9, 201114 yr How many bush seeds would you get if you attracted an Igneous jadinko or something? Would the carrion/igneous hunting method be better or worse than common/draconic, if getting seeds through the firemaking method?
October 9, 201114 yr Figured I say thanks for this method. Gained about 2m xp over 3 days there, gonna continue til 99 firemaking (only 4m more xp to go!) Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob. People in OT eat glass when they are bored.
October 10, 201114 yr Doing this to 200M Fm xp. I've gotten about 8M xp over 3 days, which is quite nice. Also have nearly 100+ of each herb seed. Thanks to Iglw for the amazing signature!
