A recent sandstorm has uncovered an ancient pyramid between Sophanem and Nardah. Thousands of years under the sand have taken their toll on the construction, but those daring enough to make the dangerous assent to the top will find riches waiting for them.

 

 

 

In this agility update you will make your way to the top of a pyramid by jumping gaps, balancing on planks, dodging moving walls and much more. Complete the course for an agility bonus and to find an ancient treasure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This course has an entry requirement of level 30 agility. To find it, move due east from the Crocodile pond north of Sophanem, running past the Wanderer's tent until you see the pyramid. Talk to Simon when you get there!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have also made some slight tweaks to Doric's Quest. Much like with our area improvements last year on Lumbridge and Port Sarim, new graphics and slight gameplay alterations will be added to improve the general feel of the quest. More quests will follow shortly. This will not change any of the rewards, so don't worry, you won't be missing out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now that the Mage Training Arena has been available for a couple of weeks, we've updated the website with information about its features and the rewards you can earn there.

Might be better then Barbarians' Course but not better the the wildy one

Dam sounds like a low lvl agility place. Oh well. Can anyone post how much xp they get per lap please before I get off the comp? Thanks :P

Yeah...lvl 30 sounds like low lvl to me.

agility is getting ridicolus.

Wildy course has been the one giving the highest exp for ages now, and you don't exactely need lvl 80 to enter.

 

 

 

Another disappointing update in a disappointing month in a disappointing season (actualy 6 months).

 

 

 

Sorry i'm realy starting to lose faith in this game where the latest interesting addition dates july 2005.

6 months without a serious gameplay addition, Mage arena was a nice try but doesn't get rid of pointless clicking since it's basicaly all about that, still. No doubt, it's the best update in the above months.

Yeah, i saw people talking about the whip, but i didn't see a diference.

 

 

 

I'm just too inexperianced with whips.

Jagex did good job for many times. Abyss is an example as great update and it did changed Runecraft nowday. If you don't like updates then simply don't do it and keep play like normal, whine boy. :roll:

I reached the top 2 times without taking the artifact...

You get 1000 gp for every artifact you retrieve from the pyramid.

That's the problem. i've been doing the same old stuff for too long.

 

 

 

Think about it. Most of the updates turn pointless after a couple hours.

I know its by sophanem, but do u have to do any of the desert quests to get to the pyramid

 

 

 

Sounds like a welcome change from going in circles

there goes the rant about agility not being profitable... i have not been there but .. how long does it take to take 1 artifact? do you have to make the whole "lap" to get it? trying to figure out how much can u make per hour
