Smavey
This piramid is amazing for low levels, but brutally terrible for high lvls. A newb with 30 agility will be able to get "rich" with this. Although 1k isen't very much, it's the extremely low exp reward that killed this for me. I guess it's a good transition from gnome-barb/agil arena. Artie_900
Quit complaining noobs. It appears that the only thing people care about is money and exp.... Man I feel bad for the losers who play the game just for money and exp. Uh... game-wise, what else is there?
natdogg432
... im not taking sides because lvl 30 sorta put this one down the drain for me...then i tried it...so im gonna do a little math for ya (i didnt care for the 1k but hey ill take 1k free every time any day)... ok...the course gives 1114 exp per run (without failing) and takes about at most 3 minutes... the only course that could measure up to that it brimhaven so...brimhaven with the most exp per ticket is 320 per ticket (thats 1000 tickets tho) and since each light changes minutewise lets say 320 exp per 1 minute (without failing either)...so that is brimhaven-320 per 1 minute (1000 minutes right?) pyramid-1114 per 3 minutes (gotta make it equal so 1000 minutes too) (exp over time) brimhaven- 320 divided by 1 multiplied by 1000 equals...320,000 exp pyramid- 1114 divided by 3 multiplied by 1000 equals...371,333 exp :!: what have we learned :?: pyramid exceeds brimhaven UNACCOUNTED FACTORS: the brimhaven course adds little exp per obstacle...have fun with that if u like... but then...doing the pyramid 1000 times will earn you 1m so u can have 320,000 exp + a little more (minus 200 gp entry charge) or 371,333 exp plus 1m....which would you rather have? ALSO: it takes me only about 2 mins and 40 seconds so 417,750 exp ~Natdogg432~ :D -still not taking sides... -if you are going to argue with anything i said have fun im not here anymore so... go crazy -love ya tip.it, keep it up! AThousandLies
I tried 3 laps then left. Next week will be a addon to the Hand in the sand quest then followed by a new Behind the sense. Nowadays I only come online to do the updates. Not necessarily. There are two more Mondays left in January, so how do you know next week won't be the update to the Burthorpe games room? saberlion
Unfortunately, i dont think any changes to burtorpe games room will make a difference. Nobody plays there now, so there would have to be an amazing update to draw people in :(

Who knows, maybe Jagex are intending to add a betting system there as a surprise? It's been suggested many times before on the official forums. Saves a spot on pointless jewelry. - Allow people to bet, yes indeed. It'd make it like a duel of intellects which justifies putting it on the ring :P - Add chess. koddo
I find it funny that people were considering this a pointless update considering before they changed it this was probably the best agility exp in the game. At only 60 agility, I could go back and forth on a ledge forever and not fall of, and it gave me 52 exp each time. (Now just 20) Was about 50K exp an hour.
Ghostwriter
Not many people do play there, That's the understatement of the century. They could drop party hats and free barrow armor an hour a day every week and no one would notice. The few hapless people who visit it religiously probably wouldn't be believed if they told anyone. Nobody plays there now, so there would have to be an amazing update to draw people in :( When the games room was first made. The rooms were flooded. And there wasn't an empty seat in that room. I'm sure if some new games were introduced, the area would be greatly populated once again for a brief amount of time. Maybe a week at the most. quantumkik
Back to topic (maybe) i remember eading that you can fill up waterskins by using a knife on a cactus, but it doesnt seem to work. Any better way to get water? I got frustrated with my continually emptying waterskins, too. I've found that you can run a short distance NE to Nardah, buy a bowl from the general store, and refill everything from the fountain there (if you've completed the quest.) Hope this helps! Buckets are faster. A bowl fills a waterskin to 3, a bucket to 4. More buckets are better, because you only have to click once on the fountain to fill them all. If you cant use the fountain because you didn't do the quest, just store lots of buckets filled with water in your bank before you go to the desert. When your waterskins are empty, go to bank and fill them (just keep clicking with the last bucket with water in your inventory on the last waterskin in your inventory). Dont carry buckets (or bowls) with water in the desert, because you drink the water from your bucket before you use your waterskins (even if you have it last in your inventory). When you drink from a bucket (or bowl), the bucket is empty after only one drink.
koddo
I find if you go to one of the Toronto servers (forgot which one, it's often full) you'll almost always find 5-20 people at the Games Room.
Supermario77
Wildy course has been the one giving the highest exp for ages now, and you don't exactely need lvl 80 to enter. I fail to see how 44K an hour + PKer risk beats the Werewolf Course's 48.5K an hour with no PKer risk.

There have zipline where would be damage least 20 hitpoints on you and lost half exp of total exp if you fail there.

DmExel
IDK y they made it lvl 30... Can barely get across the bottom pyramid without falling with 36 agility. Shame on Jagex for this update. Shame on them.
