I wish they came up with that. I'm thinking I'm going to go for 120 slayer and get the rest of my combat stats from that.

 

I also need to get into fish flingers for my fishing outfit and tacklebox. That challenge has been looming for far too long.

I hope the rate is half decent. Thought about maybe farming farming bxp too, since at this rate 120 farming would take nearly 2 years :( The game actually looks quite fun though :D

Introduction:

 

I started thinking with xp being in such a high demand from players (even despite it being redundant to those seeking it after level 99) why isn't the wilderness monotized on this? I started thinking that the wilderness should have some kond of experience modifier added to it with random chances of high level nodes spawning all over it.

 

For the sake of not leaving a dead end let's say we left everything in the wilderness with a reasonable yet appealing 1.2x modifier. This could be stacked with outfits and such as well.

 

The Wilderness in the Sith Age:

 

From the lore perspective we could look at the wilderness as an old flesh wound in the world. Though it doesnt look like it is healing you can see some positive effects with the moss giants reclaimation of the land. This wound is obviously not being incredibly detrimental to the world/anima mundis health as of yet. But then we now have the gods waring again across the world as well throwing wild magic and divine power haphazardously. I would imagine another god war would reopen and increase the depth of these old wounds.

 

So suppose this happens... we would like to see how this divine energy would effect the anima mundi and the wilderness. Suppose the ripe energies of the anima mundi leaking forth would mingle and mix with the wild energies freshly dispersed by the gods. What could come of this? Maybe we would find new and old life coming out of seemingly nowhere.

 

Spontanious Generation:

 

In the real world it was firmly believed that if you threw soiled old rags in the corner of your room that, through spontanious cumbustion, you would have spawned rats from essentially nothing. The concept I am suggesting is allowing players to do just this in a new piece of content I would call Genisis.

 

 

Imagine you are planning to trekk across the wilderness in search of new resources. You stumble across a group of druids claiming to start the reclaimation process of the wilderness. Through the aid of guthixian magics and Kaqemeex aid they have managed to create a grove of livid plants to protect their outpost.

 

This is for potential developer reading as a general concept:

 

Genesis

 

Imagine the wilderness is rife with new wounds from sliskes immergent contest. The results are showing up as upheavals of anima mundi tinged red - the color resulting from the gods rage. As an adventurer you are curious about these new outcroppings. From them you can impart some of guthix divine energy, a little bit of resource and spawn new life!

 

From these nodes you can expect varying degrees of mutiplied experience dependant on which node you spawn them from

So far between yesterday and today ive gotten 53m constitution, 20m smithing, 22m slayer, 17m fishing, and 19m range.

It took me roughly 12m to buy everything back plus breaking all my chaotics save mh and oh chaotic claws, ccb and cm. Thats really an exagguration though since i have 300k+ tokens for the dung update.

I dont remember it was on w48 i think. Really shameful since i was pretty square between being a pvmer and pvper.

 

The guy grieved me when i was trying to get my seedicide, herbicide and charms back, but left after.

 

Edit: yeah dust mask would have been an obvious choice. We all make mistakes eventually.

I got on today and used a few spins to get the seeds and base piece for farmers legs.

Farmers hat now... i really like it for slme reason. I think its because it reminds me of the black mages village in ff9.

 

 

And sometime after while in runespan i got a few tickets earning me the base piece and 132 magic beans. I farmed like crazy for the others.

 

 

I also got this from a daily. On that same note i am 9/60 hardmode floors.

If you roll with lunars you could use the tan leather spell and just craft/alch your products

Back up to 6m gp. Ive only been selling onyx tips and crossbow components. When that elven city is released i hope i am 120 slayer and ill be living there working on my slayer drops.
