Two games running, only one game has had any effort put into it.

You've become exceedingly lazy and lost any will to make new games, no-one can be bothered to collaborate anymore apart from Archi.

 

Everyones a lot less active because there isn't any reason to be here anymore and most people don't wish to advertise, thus the tavern is going to die.

 

 

But lets just compare:

Past game = here

A little ambitious, lots of work put into it, everyone taking part.

Present game = here

No work put into it, everything already done, little players, copying a past game.

 

Therefore I quit until someone actually bothers to try again, if no-one bothers there is no point to be here.

In the time that I was banned only one thread was created, in a month only one thread was created.

 

What I reccomend: you talk to a moderator, you ask them if they would be willing to do a forum feature like falador library attempted (link) and than you work together and try to get some new members and therefore a boost in activity, some more games a reason to come here.

Which is complicated and simple at the same time. Maybe you should try it? The next session is on monday, on the IRC. It goes pretty quickly, and is in the Dungeoneering theme, but spacey. Research is done through puzzles (cryptogram, math, anagrams, etc) and it has a lot of cool stuff (which I won't go through and list).

Obviously Iconic and Earth don't get along, so we can work around that and keep them in different places all the time. Then we can make this voyage...TO THE FINAL FRONTIER!

Earth, please don't say stuff like that. I think he honestly tries to get along, he just doesn't want to base himself around what we want. He's not innocent here, but we should stop getting angry so quickly.

Actually, mutiny is quite possible. I hijacked the AI, rerouted the teleporters, and escaped the ship in a stolen shuttle.

Mutiny is entirely possible, but you'll have to buy your own ship or the rest of the taverners would hunt you down. You could just flee in your own ship or something.

Basically...'I kill everyone' or 'I mind control people into killing other people until there are no people left' makes for a very boring roleplay.

Hex: I EAT HIS BRAINS!!!!!

 

 

I am all for non-linear gameplay, but just randomly killing everyone in the surrounding area makes gameplay very difficult.

Example, killing all the NPCs in Varrock would make a tonne of quests impossible.

 

As alot of people have said 'Hate the sin, love the sinner.' I have nothing against Hex, I have alot against the comments that Hex makes.

I realize I'm not assigned to moderate these forums so I won't remove anything...yet.

 

Stop arguing/flaming or I will start removing stuff though.

Just a month and a half, K'll have a computer, and create something awesome for you all. I'll even be modding it. Nex and Tech are the only ones with real knowledge on my creativity, so they can probably back me up on its 'going to be awesome' comment. >.<

Aaaaaanyways, the main problem with anything I mod is that I'm lazy, and you guys don't bug me to mod enough. Maybe if there was more "Gosh Darnit, Stork, get on and mod this stupid game" I'd end up modding for more than a week. The timezone issue doesn't help too much, either, though....

 

Feh. If any of you guys want me to restart one of my games, I'd be more than happy to do so. You just have to pester me enough to keep it running.

hmm. I'm not exactly the pestering type, but if thats what it takes to get multiple games going, then so be it.
