Monster Hunter, Dragon Quest IX, Dorf fortress, Minecraft and all... Also, Rocco, dwarf fortress can be altered to use a graphics pack if you don't like ASCII, but since it is, for all intents and purposes, no longer a roguelike but a genre unto itself, it needs to be downloaded.
