August 17, 201015 yr DIY computers have a tendency to not be as well-working as computers made by people who, y'know, make them for a living...I have a DIY computer that my dad and I made, super downloading speed and quite efficient, with the best parts that didn't cost a fortune at the time. It runs perfectly... Except when loading pages in IE. IE is absolutely terrible.
