If you travel with a group, go through the multi-combat zones to scare off solo pk'ers. If yuo have lvl 90 magic for Annakarl Teleport, or 96 magic for Ghoddruck Teleport...use them. The first, teleports you to the demonic ruins. The second teleports you to the ice plateau (which is very close to the north-west edge of the lava maze. None of them died. They all lived for 3 kills. Then the lower lvls left and we killed him 2 more times. It isn't hard to survive if you have an anti-fire shield, protect from mage and heal.
